Once you have selected the items you would like to purchase and the order has been processed by Paypal, you will obtain an email confirmation the following day, from one of our Downside representatives. Your order can be expected for delivery within 5-7 days within Canada from confirmation date.

When placing a C.O.D order with Downside, the consumer agrees and accepts the responsibility to pay for all shipping costs. If a C.O.D order is refused on delivery all additional shipping costs will be charged to the consumer. Balance will be due for payment from the consumer within 30 days, by cheque or money order. Any outstanding invoices past date of the terms stated above will be handled by a collection agency organization.

If you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days, exchange or refund is available. Products must be returned undamaged and in original state, please call 1.800.283.5472 to arrange returns. All shipping costs are to be paid for by the consumer.
